OCA have obtained planning permission for the alteration and extension of a Victorian semi-detached villa on Primrose Bank Road in Trinity, our second project on the street.
The proposals seek to modify and extend the existing single-storey rear annex to create an open, pergola-like structure as an interface between the solid masonry villa and its garden, forming a new connection to the outdoors via a new garden room and creating a smooth transition between the internal and external spaces.
